Rapper 50 Cent was arrested in Manhattan for driving recklessly in an uninsured Lamborghini.

I’ve been to New York City and stayed in Manhattan. I’d love to know how they define reckless driving. I was terrified every time I got in a cab and thought the whole time I was going to get run over while crossing the street. My last day, in fact, I was a block away when someone else got hit.
