Can Mike Ditka not afford real dress shoes?

Everyone else is dressed up. Jackson and Irvin have their own styles, but at least they look professional. Then you have Ditka (second from left) wearing some white Nikes with his suit. I know he sits behind the desk a lot, but he knows he’s going to be out from behind it some.
Maybe he thinks he needs the cross-trainers for the mock play demos - the ones where he barely moves?
He should have at least sprung for some black ones.
