Little league football coach attacks opposing player

And this year’s award for Father of the Year goes to …

Cory Petero, 36, of Riverbank, CA for running into his son’s little league football game and decking an opposing player after the boy committed a late-hit on his son. Not wanting to wait for a late-hit penalty - and it wasn’t a bad late-hit - Petero sprints on to the field and lays out the opposing player with a forearm to the back of his helmet.

Obviously, this prompted an all-out brawl and Petero was arrested for felony child abuse.
